STRUCTURAL WALL REMOVAL

This project consisted of removing structural walls, and relocating doorways and appliances.

RAISED CONCRETE PATIO

This project included stamping and coloring the concrete to give it a slate look, and installing steel handrails and stairs.

RENNOVATION AND REPAIR

This project consisted of removing the wall between the kitchen and living room, a full kitchen upgrade, converting a closet in to a laundry room, and structural foundation repair.

NEW HOUSE BUILD

This project consisted of a new 3,600 sq. ft. house build- using Insulated Concrete Forms.

FOUNDATION REPAIR

This project consisted of installing footings and piers to support existing- over spanned foundation framing.

BASEMENT/ FOUNDATION REPAIR

This project consisted of installing carbon fiber strips, helical piers, and all thread to connect an existing porch to the foundation.

HELICAL PIER INSTALLATION

This project consisted of installing helical piers.

WATER PROOFING

This project included installing an interior french drain, footings, piers, drop girders, and a vapor barrier throughout the crawlspace.

POURED IN PLACE WALLS

This project consisted of building concrete walls within a crawlspace- designed to support the existing footings and drain all water within the crawl down to one location to be pumped out via sump pump.

ROOF REPAIR

This project consisted of repairing the roof structure by installing T-bracing, and brick/ foundation repair.
